Help at every claim stage

You do not have to have
a denial to ask for help.

From questions about a first claim to a dispute with your insurance company, the next step depends on your policy, the damage, and the insurer's response.

01

Not sure how to start?

Ask about filing a property damage claim and the information an attorney may need to review your situation.

02

Delayed or underpaid?

If your claim is taking time, the payment seems too low, or damage was assessed below your deductible, request a review of your options.

03

Claim denied?

A denial may raise questions about your policy and the insurer's decision. An attorney can evaluate a dispute and whether litigation may be appropriate.

Before you submit

A few common questions.

Can I ask for help before filing a claim?

Yes. Choose “I need help filing a claim” in the survey. You can request a consultation about your situation before receiving a denial or payment.

What types of damage can I tell you about?

Describe storm-related roof, wind, rain or water damage to your property. Coverage depends on the policy and cause of loss; flood or storm-surge damage may involve separate coverage. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm coverage.

Does a denied claim mean I need to sue?

Not necessarily. An attorney must review the policy, insurer's decision and circumstances before advising on available options, including whether a lawsuit is appropriate. No result is guaranteed.

What should I include in this survey?

Include your property city or ZIP, the storm or date, a brief damage description, and the status of any claim. If another lawyer represents you on this matter, please say so. Do not upload confidential documents or include policy numbers here.

What happens after I submit?

The firm receives your consultation request and may contact you by phone or email to discuss it. Representation begins only after the firm accepts your matter and you enter into an engagement agreement.
